Secure Shopping

We use an industry-standard encryption protocol known as a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep all of your order, billing, and shipping information encrypted and secure. We take the issue of confidentiality very seriously. All documentation received is kept securely;  electronic copies are stored on a secure server. The server and merchant processing bank have restricted access policies in place, which prevents any unauthorized personnel from having access to your documentation.

DLCO APPAREL (parent company of Loud Star Bazaar) holds a website identity assurance warranty of $100,000. This means that you are insured for up to $100,000 when relying on the information provided by IdAuthority on this site.

Refund Policy

Exchanges only are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Damages to the merchandise or omission of the tags from your exchange may result in a denial of your exchange. Please log into your account and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

The cost for shipping and handling (s&h) is determined by the basket subtotal, not including tax. Subtotals up to $49.99 will be charged $6.95 for s&h. From $50.00 to $74.99 the cost is $8.95, and any subtotal over $75.00 will receive free shipping.

$6.95 is an average price for Ground Shipping throughout the continental United States. The price of $8.95 includes the cost of a box sent by Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Customers who pay $6.95 for s&h will receive their merchandise in approximately 5-6 days. Customers who pay $8.95 will receive theirs in approximately 2-3 days. Ground Shipping will also be used for Free Shipping orders.  All customers will receive their tracking information via email once their box has been shipped, and all shipments will be processed by the following day before 3pm Pacific Standard Time.

People who either live internationally or desire their merchandise sooner via next-day, or two-day delivery will be invoiced through Paypal for additional charges after all shipping options have been emailed to you and approved. Please respond to your order confirmation email with any s&h preferences you may have as soon as you receive it.
